We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygenic reasons. However Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 2 weeks of sale. Made to order items are non-refundable. If your purchased item is found to be defective we will send you a new one at no extra cost. 

Please ensure the shipping address is correct. Items that are returned to sender due to incorrect addresses will be shipped again at the cost to the buyer.

Remove before bathing and sleeping. Store in a jewelry pouch or on a hanger. Gently clean with a soft cloth if needed.

Unless otherwise stated, all ready to ship orders are shipped within 2-7 business days. The exception is holidays, weekends and when it is a custom order. 

Made to order items are shipped in 7-14 business days or sooner. Message me first if you need it sooner.

PACKAGING
Protective padded envelopes and careful wrapping ensure safe delivery of your goods to their destination. Recycled packaging is used when possible

Orders are shipped as follows unless otherwise requested by you prior to purchase. Please contact me if you require faster delivery or other upgrades (additional insurance, tracking, delivery confirmation,...) and I will adjust the listing for the additional shipping charges.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:

.: To USA: 5-12 (Canada Post - does NOT include tracking)
.: Within CANADA: 3-8 business days (Canada Post - does NOT include tracking number)
.: INTERNATIONALLY: 2-3 weeks (Canada Post - does NOT include tracking number)

I ship with Canada Post, using Regular Post within Canada and Tracked Packets outside of Canada. Shipping usually takes approximately 5 to 12 business days within Canada, and 5-15 business days outside Canada. (Please note that these are estimates only. During high volume times shipping could be delayed)  Where tracking is not availabe, If you would prefer tracking on your package, please be sure to choose Tracked Package during checkout.

INTERNATIONAL
* Items are shipped via Canada Post. Items are shipped in bubble mailers. Tracking is available for an additional charge (please contact me for rates if you wish to add tracking).
* Expected delivery is approximately 2-3 weeks (often less!). Sometimes delays can occur at Customs depending on your country's procedures.
