Made to order items are non-refundable. If your purchased item is found to be defective we will send you a new one at no extra cost.
Please ensure the shipping address is correct. Items that are returned to sender due to incorrect addresses will be shipped again at the cost to the buyer.CARE INSTRUCTIONS

I ship with Canada Post, using Regular Post within Canada and Tracked Packets outside of Canada.
